Walking opens up a new perspective. Walking with attention makes you aware of yourself. Walking gives inner peace. Walking with a number of Forest Mind exercises brings peace.

2020 is a different kind of year than we were used to. We have a new 1.5 meter society and are trying hard to avoid covid-19.

Although everything is different, on October 31, 2020 everyone can get acquainted with my Forest Mind practice as a nature and hiking coach. The photo accompanying this message was taken during the Forest Mind walk last Sunday.

If you are unable to attend on October 31, 2020, check if one of these dates fits:

Participation € 7.50 per person. Because of your contribution, someone who cannot pay can participate for free at other times of the year. You support a good cause.

From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Appropriate clothing for a walk in the woods and a small lunch or drink is useful. We do not cover an Olympic distance, so it is open to everyone.
